Money. Why do we need to talk about money...again? Does the church really need my money? The TV preachers have ruined the idea of money in the church. The truth about money is that it is an indicator that tells us how healthy our relationship with God is. Money is one of the hardest things to sacrifice. No one has enough money so what we do with it is important. What Jesus wants us to realize is that when we give generously it helps us to put God first. When we give, we do not give first. We give to God because he has already given us so much in Jesus his son. God gave first, we give in response to His first gift to us.
