TCC - we are praying for you, our neighbors, and our city as the storm approaches. If anyone has a need please feel free to contact me personally or post on the church's Facebook page as we will be monitoring it closely. We have many people sticking around that are willing and able to help out - if you need food, water, shelter, or anything else please let us know. Several of our Elders and other families are prepared to jump into action when and if needs arise.

Here’s what we know and some updates for you:
- Our Student Ministry IMPACT weekend has been cancelled and will be rescheduled.
- Our Sunday Service is also cancelled for October 9th. This is not a decision we had to make on our own. St. Johns County is preparing to use Fruit Cove Middle School as a back-up shelter if the need arises. We’re praying that it won’t be needed, but regardless they have asked us to not use the space this weekend. Please focus on your families, keeping them safe, and supporting our community in whatever aftermath we may experience.

What can you do?
- Pray! For those already affected and those that will continue to be affected.
- Take this seriously. We are all known for shrugging off these warnings. Take all the precautions that you need to care for your family incase there are long lasting effects from this storm. Hopefully, it will be another one that misses us. But just in case, please be prepared to help your family and those around us.
- Love your neighbors well. We encourage you to connect with your small groups this Sunday to reach out to those around you who may have needs.
- We will keep you posted on areas where you can help families in our church and community if needs arise.
